Each year, we are thrilled to welcome new families to our POTA community. Our goal throughout each step of our admissions process is to form a relationship with incoming families so that you get to know us and we get to know you.
Our 2026-2027 admissions season is open. Spaces fill up quickly, so we encourage prospective families to apply early on in the season.
POTA is dedicated to making the admissions process simple. Our Admissions team is here to help and are available every step along the way.
The Process
- Join an Open House (optional)
- Submit an application online (required)
- Schedule a school tour (required)
- Schedule a Playdate (required for children 2 and up)
- You're done! Our admissions team will notify you with an admissions decision.

- Application Deadline for New Siblings and Re-Registration is December 2nd, 2025. To secure placement, enrollment must be submitted by December 9th, 2025.
- Early Decision Notification Date for New Students is December 10th, 2025. To secure placement, enrollment must be submitted by December 17th, 2025.
- Rolling Admissions: 3 day turnaround to secure placement
